Ingles Curbside Prices, Fees and Coupons: What Changes Online?

Ingles states that its Curbside product prices match the prices available in store. That makes a Curbside cart useful for comparing the same selected-store merchandise without first adding a blanket item markup.

A matching item price does not mean the final totals are identical. Add the published $4.95 Curbside fee, taxes, weighted-item adjustments, substitutions, and any coupon differences before comparing Curbside with an in-store trip.

The official FAQ lists the Ingles Curbside fee as $4.95. For a small basket, that fee can materially change the effective cost of every item; for a larger planned basket, the cost is spread across more products.

Ingles also describes a provisional card hold of $5 or 10% of the order, whichever is higher. The hold is intended to cover final sales tax, substitutions, and variation in items sold by weight. Treat it as a temporary authorization rather than the final merchandise total.

Eligible Load-to-Card coupons can be used for a participating Curbside order. Connect the Advantage Card, clip the offer, and then add the exact qualifying item to the cart. Ingles says clipped coupons become available on the card in real time.

Paper coupons are not accepted for Curbside. Read each Load-to-Card offer for brand, variety, package size, quantity, expiration, store eligibility, and redemption limits before counting the discount.

Ingles says its weekly ad runs Wednesday through the following Tuesday. If an order is built during one ad week but picked up during the next, some prices can change to the new ad.

Choose a pickup slot inside the intended promotion period and recheck the cart after any date or time change. A sale shown while planning is not enough if the qualifying ad ends before pickup.

When a product is unavailable, Ingles can provide a best-comparable substitution if that setting is enabled. The replacement may differ in brand, size, price, or unit value, so compare the accepted substitute rather than assuming it preserves the original deal.

Produce, meat, and other weighted products can finish above or below the estimated amount. Check the final quantity, price per pound, total, and receipt before evaluating whether Curbside saved money.

Curbside can make sense when the saved trip time, mobility benefit, or easier list discipline is worth at least $4.95. It can be less attractive for a very small basket or when the trip is already convenient.
