How to Sign Up for an Ingles Advantage Card and Use Coupons

Start with Ingles' official shopping site, the Ingles Markets app, or the Customer Service desk at a participating store. If you already have a physical card, create or sign in to the online account and enter that card number instead of starting a separate household account.

Choose the store you normally shop. The home store affects the weekly ad, product availability, aisle information, Curbside service, and which coupon products appear online. If the online card number and physical card number do not match, Ingles directs shoppers to Customer Service so the cards can be linked under one household.

Open the coupon gallery on the Ingles site or app and select Clip & Save for each offer you expect to use. Ingles says clipped coupons become available on the Advantage Card in real time. Buy the exact brand, variety, size, and quantity during the stated dates, then scan the connected card at the register or stay signed in for a participating Curbside order.

The receipt identifies applied Load-to-Card savings with IC. If an expected discount is missing, compare the receipt with the coupon terms while the transaction and product are available. Expired offers disappear automatically, and most coupons are single use unless the individual offer says otherwise.

Ingles publishes a Wednesday-through-Tuesday weekly-ad cycle. Select the home store and check whether an advertised price requires the Advantage Card, a specific quantity, or a pickup date inside that same ad week. An order built during one ad period can change price if pickup occurs after the next ad begins.

AdvantageMail adds a personalized weekly email, but it should be treated as a planning aid rather than a substitute for the live offer terms. Match the promotion to the local ad, exact product, card account, and checkout date before counting the savings.

Ingles states that its Curbside online prices match in-store prices. That makes the online cart useful for comparing products, but the published $4.95 Curbside fee, substitutions, weighted-item changes, taxes, and authorization hold can still change the amount paid.

If you permit a substitution, compare its package and unit price rather than assuming the replacement preserves the original value. Check the final receipt after pickup and keep service fees separate from item-level price comparisons.

A cardmember price can still be a weak value when the package is smaller. Compare batteries per count, milk per fluid ounce or gallon, soda per fluid ounce, paper goods by sheet or square foot, and detergent by load. Price Scout withholds a category winner when products cannot be normalized fairly.

For shelf-stable household products, an Amazon search can provide a delivered-price benchmark. Match brand, count, formulation, seller, subscription terms, and delivery date, then compare that result with the Ingles total after eligible card savings and any Curbside fee.
